Edelweiss Airlines is soaring to new heights with the launch of its exciting travel podcast, Edelweiss Travel Tales. This marks the airline’s first foray into the world of podcasts, offering an immersive and inspiring travel experience for listeners. Hosted by Erik Lorenz, the founder of the popular travel podcast Weltwach, each episode features captivating conversations with individuals who share a deep and personal connection to a destination.

The podcast goes beyond typical tourist destinations, exploring diverse cultures and providing listeners with authentic insights into what life is truly like for locals. Guests range from seasoned adventurers, documentary filmmakers, authors, and athletes, all of whom offer unique perspectives and valuable travel tips.

The premiere episode transports listeners to Morocco, where Erik speaks with author Muriel Brunswig. Muriel first visited Morocco as a student and fell in love with the country so much that she built a house there. Now, she shares her passion for Moroccan culture through cooking classes and guided tours. Together, Erik and Muriel explore the rich history of kasbahs, delve into the flavors of Moroccan cuisine, and uncover the country’s top surfing spots.
